TAP (The Alpha Play)
Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions
Version 3 · Last updated July 28, 2026
I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
By purchasing this ticket, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that this action constitutes a formal and binding ticket purchase agreement between the Purchaser and The Alpha Play ("TAP") for the TAP event taking place in Monaco in September.
- Immediate Use of Funds: Ticket funds may be used immediately by TAP to secure event-related deposits, venue costs, programming commitments, marketing, production, and other time-sensitive costs necessary for event execution.
- All Sales Final / Non-Refundable: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions, including for weather, personal emergencies, travel delays, dissatisfaction with the event, or any delay, cancellation, or modification resulting from venue changes, travel disruptions, acts of God, government action, or other circumstances beyond TAP's reasonable control. Service, processing, and delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if any refund is otherwise issued at TAP's sole discretion.
- Promotional Use: Purchaser grants TAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use Purchaser's name, image, and likeness, and any content Purchaser posts or shares in connection with the event, in promotional, digital, print, and event-related materials, without compensation. TAP will make reasonable efforts to ensure such use is professional and consistent with event standards.
- Ticket Benefits: Ticket benefits are limited to the specific access, seating, and participation opportunities described for the Purchaser's ticket tier at the time of purchase. No specific commercial outcomes, introductions, business connections, or deliverables are guaranteed.
- International Travel and Entry Requirements: Purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining any visas, travel documents, and complying with entry requirements for Monaco and any transit countries. TAP is not responsible for denied entry, travel delays, or costs incurred as a result.
- Assumption of Risk: Purchaser voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from crowd conditions, venue equipment, physical activities, or exposure to communicable diseases (including viruses and bacteria), and waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim against TAP, the venue, performers, or event partners for such injury, illness, death, or damage, except to the extent caused by TAP's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Ticket Limits and Anti-Scalping: TAP may limit the number of tickets a Purchaser may buy per person, household, or account. TAP may cancel, without notice, any order that circumvents these limits, including through multiple accounts, false identities, or automated purchasing tools, and may void the associated tickets without refund.
- Transfer and Resale Restrictions: Tickets may not be resold above face value or transferred outside channels designated by TAP, unless expressly authorized in writing. For non-transferable or premium ticket categories, TAP may require Purchaser to present matching government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, the payment card used for purchase, as a condition of entry. TAP may deny entry and void any ticket obtained or transferred in violation of this section, without refund.
- Conduct, Compliance, and Right of Refusal: TAP and venue management or security reserve the right to deny entry to, or eject without refund, any attendee for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with venue rules or dress code, or conduct inconsistent with TAP's mission, brand standards, community values, or applicable law. Admission is conditioned on consent to reasonable security screening, including bag and person searches.
- Indemnification: Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TAP, its officers, partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of Purchaser's participation, travel, or conduct in connection with the event.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAP's total liability to Purchaser arising out of or related to the event or this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.
- Force Majeure: TAP shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations, including postponement, relocation, or cancellation of the event, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, venue unavailability, or public health emergencies.
- Event Cancellation by Organizer. Except as expressly provided herein, all ticket sales are strictly non-refundable. In the event that TAP cancels the Event and does not reschedule it, the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall be determined at TAP's sole discretion: either (i) a refund of the ticket price paid, less any processing fees, transaction costs, and non-refundable expenses or commitments already incurred by TAP in connection with the Event; or (ii) a credit toward a rescheduled date or a future TAP event of equal value. TAP shall have no further liability, financial or otherwise, arising from or related to any such cancellation.
- Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or the event shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Purchaser and TAP each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the other.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
